Is my credit card information totally safe with you?
As we use a third party credit card processor, we don't have your
credit card information with us. And therefore we don't store your credit card
information on our system. We trust your credit card information is totally
secure.

If I buy a hosting plan today can I upgrade later on when my site grows? Will
I get charged for upgrading?
Yes, you can upgrade at any point. Just SEND
EMAIL and let them know which plan you want to upgrade to, they
will prorate what you have used so far of your current plan cost. No there is
no charge for upgrading in hosting plans!

Can I register my domain name with you?
Yes, I am glad you asked, SEND
EMAIL and you can do it there for only $14.50 a year!!

Do you offer unlimited bandwidth?
No, it is not possible to offer unlimited bandwidth at all. That would be
lying to our customers. Like everybody else, we are required to pay for the
amount of bandwidth we consume to our upstream providers. We then in turn pass
this fee to our customers in order to provide enough resources to our
customers. This also applies to other hosts as well, not just us.

Can I try your system before deciding?
Sure, we can give you a 30 day money back promise, if we fail we provide what
is outlined in our website, we will refund you all your money.

Can I host adult related sites?
Yes, we allow adult content as long as it abides by local laws,
no child pornography of any kind is tolerated! You will be terminated without
a refund and will get reported to the proper agencies! We do not tolerate it
at all.

Do you allow MP3 files? Do
you allow streaming of videos?
Yes, we have no problem as long as those MP3’s and video files are
legitimate. Please make sure you select the proper plan which allows it. We
suggest a higher bandwidth and space plan because most likely, since its mp3s
and videos they tend to be bigger files and once they are streamed they
consume a lot of bandwidth.

How soon will my account be activated?
Most Accounts are activated instantly! In the case we need to confirm
billing, we will contact you. 99% of the time, account activation is instant!

Do you offer money back guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. This is only valid when the
customer is abiding to our terms during the stay with us. We also ask the user
to provide the reason of cancellation.

I already have a domain, can I use it with your hosting? what are the steps?
Yes,if you already have a domain you can use it with our hosting plans. The
first step is going to Hosting
Plans and selecting the hosting plan of your choice. Then follow
the steps to the order form. Select I already have a domain I would like to
use on the order form. Note this will not transfer your domain from your
current registrar where you registered the domain, this will only transfer the
hosting if it is already hosted.(if you want to fully transfer the domain to
our registrar and extend the registration for one year please SEND
EMAIL) After you paid for the hosting you will receive an email
with all your login information to the server. You MUST also login into your
domain control panel where ever you registered the domain and modify the
NAMESERVERS or DNS to ours, our nameservers will be in the welcome email, you
must make those changes in order for your website to be live.
